Τέσσερις υπάλληλοι ενός εργοστασίου λιπασμάτων σκοτώθηκαν και 10 τραυματίστηκαν από ουκρανική επίθεση με drone στην περιοχή Σμολένσκ της δυτικής Ρωσίας.
Η ανακοίνωση για την ουκρανική επίθεση έγινε από τον τοπικό κυβερνήτης Βασίλι Ανόκιν στο κανάλι του στο Telegram την Τετάρτη.
